There is space within the application form to complete your personal statement. This is your supporting statement, addressing your suitability for the role with reference to the Job Description and Person Specification. If you wish to continue onto another sheet, please attach this in your email (no more than 1 side of A4). 

Please email your application form to Miss Bailey bbailey@ryefieldprimary.org.uk. Alternatively you can post the form to Mrs J Whall, Ryefield Primary School, Ryefield Avenue, Uxbridge, UB10 9DE. The application form must arrive at the school by the agreed deadline. Late submissions may not be included in the shortlisting process. Please do not send applications by fax.
